Please purchase the membership first, then scroll down to the second half of the page and select the membership cycle that you purchased.
After you purchase the membership, select the membership cycle that you purchased, Click Sign Up and it will bring you to the Membership Home Page. If you do not have an account, it will ask you to create an account first.
